Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 August 2026 1. Acceptance of terms By creating an account or using ClassiMarket you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 2. Your account You must be at least 18 years old to sell on ClassiMarket. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. 3. Listings You may only list items you own and are legally allowed to sell. Listings must be accurate, must sit in the correct category, and must use photographs of the actual item. Prohibited items include weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, stolen property, and anything else restricted by law in your jurisdiction. 4. Transactions ClassiMarket is a venue for buyers and sellers to find each other. We are not a party to any transaction, we do not take custody of items, and we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate or that any sale will complete. Inspect items before paying wherever possible. 5. Fees Posting listings within your plan's limit is free. Featured placements and subscription plans are charged at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law. 6. Prohibited conduct Do not spam, scrape, harass other users, circumvent limits, list prohibited items, or attempt to move payment off-platform to defraud someone. 7. Termination We may suspend or remove any account or listing that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless doing so would compromise an investigation. 8. Liability The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of ClassiMarket. 9. Changes We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
