Last updated: 1 August 2026 What we collect • Account details you give us: name, email, phone number, and optionally a photo, bio and city. • Content you create: listings, photos, messages, offers, reviews and reports. • Technical data: IP address, device type, and app version, used for security and rate limiting. • Location, only when you enable it, to power distance-based search. How we use it We use your data to run the marketplace: showing your listings to buyers, delivering messages and push notifications, preventing fraud, and providing support. We do not sell your personal data. Who we share it with • Other users see your public profile, listings and reviews. Your email address is never shown. • Service providers who process payments, send email, store images and deliver push notifications, each bound by contract. • Authorities, where we are legally required to respond. Retention Listings and messages are kept while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your profile and listings, and anonymise messages that other users still need for their own records. Your rights You can access, correct, export or delete your data from the app, or by contacting support. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
